STORAGE INFORMATION

  • Use of premises must be in compliance with the law
  • Electricity, which may be supplied to the premises, is to light the premises for Occupant’s convenience in viewing and accessing stored goods only
  • Condition of premises upon move out must be broom clean
  • No unauthorized dumping
  • Storage of flammable, or illegal goods is prohibited by law
  • Improperly packaged food or perishable goods are not allowed in units
  • Speed limit on the property is 5 MPH
  • Long term rentals are encouraged
  • Open flame or welding on Premises is prohibited
  • Insurance of stored goods is the responsibility of the Occupant Management does not insure Occupants stored goods. Check with your insurance agent for coverage.
Additional Information:
$10.00 – Late Fee is charged if Occupant fails to pay rent                  due by the 10th day after rent is due.
$15.00 – Pre-lien is charged if Occupant fails to pay rent                  due for more than 20 days after due date
$25.00 – Lien Handling Charge is assessed when rent is 30                  days past due
$15.00 – Dishonored Check charge

Due to limited amount of available space – management requires occupants to give a two week written notice of intent to vacate.

No rental refunds or prorated rent for the last month of occupancy
